Contact Details for Dog Warden Service - Telephone 01352 703366 The Flintshire website is sadly, very limited on the subject of stray dogs. There is no section on Strays or Dogs under Environmental Health, though there is some limited information on dog breeding and boarding establishments under the Licensing Section.
